Donna and Mark came to me from a referral from Mark's daughter Noelle. Noelle and her boyfriend Justin had their photos taken at a session in 2021. Donna and Mark really enjoyed the photos and called to get some pricing. Donna and Mark didn't want to make a huge deal out of their vow renewal, but they did want to make it a special occasion with family, friends and of course, photographs.
When I arrived at their house we hadn't completely settled on where to take their couples photos yet, but before arriving I had researched surrounding outdoor areas and found Haviland Cove Park near by St. Michaels Church the Archangel in South Glens Falls where their vows were to be renewed. The trees in the park were still displaying bright yellows of Fall and the setting was perfect for 15-20 minutes of photos with the happy couple.
At the church, Donna and Mark met up with their family and friends for an intimate ceremony and mass. There were hugs and kisses all around and there were many points of laughter and prayers shared between the attendees. It was wonderful to see the outpouring of support and love for the couple.
Congratulations Donna and Mark on 15 years together. I was wonderful to meet you and I am so glad we got to spend a little time together in the park getting those beautiful fall colors. I'm honored to be a part of your celebration.
