My husband and I have gotten to know Noelle and Justin and have become friends with them since our mutual friend's wedding. The four of us spent 2021 New Years Eve together eating, drinking, playing Candy Land (yes, we are the adults who play Candyland), talking, watching the ball drop, and commenting on Megan Thee Stallion and the Body song dance performance. During our New Years Eve celebration, my husband and I had fun bonding with Justin and Noelle about cars and chonky cats and instagram. I couldn't believe it has been seven months since I saw both of them until our photo session at the Pruyn House in Latham, NY this week. We gave big hugs as we chatted and caught up while walking into the beautiful garden to start our session.
The weather was perfect, and as the sun started setting, we squeezed in some last portraits of the couple and Justin's Ford Crown Victoria, in front of the Pruyn House and it's tall white columns.
I am excited to have provided such a wonderful first professional photo experience to Noelle and Justin. Noelle had kind comments to share about the session:
Rachel was so informative and professional. She arranged an incredible location for us and had gone the extra mile to get permission from the owners to have a photo session there. I’m so glad we followed her recommendation because the location was better than anything I would have picked. She had great knowledge of poses for us that were flattering and her creativity with how to frame the shots blew me away when I saw the pictures. The place was beautiful already, but through her lens she made it look truly magical. She was so easy going and made us feel super comfortable so every shot transpired naturally and came out looking amazing. Her knowledge, skills with photographing, editing and speedy return time on the photos made it such an enjoyable process and had us over the moon with the results.
